摘要
燕山山脉作为京津翼地区重要的生态屏障,生态战略意义重大。滦平县宝财铁矿的无序开采,矿区内采坑、残丘遍布,忽视了对矿山地质环境的保护,干旱季节,扬尘四起,已经构成沙尘暴及雾霾物质来源,对人民群众的生产生活和区域可持续发展造成了严重影响。通过现场调查评估,矿区内现存3处露天采场、2处残丘堆积、2处工业场地及矿区道路,总占地面积为111114 m^(2),存在极大的地质灾害隐患和地貌景观破坏、土地资源压占损毁问题,生态修复已刻不容缓。故因地制宜,采取有效的工程手段,对遗留的采坑、高陡边坡、弃渣堆积、植被破坏等矿山地质环境问题进行了治理和修复,最大限度地对露天采场、料堆、矿区道路进行综合整治,治理后形成较大面积的可利用土地资源,共恢复坡面绿化面积184221 m^(2)。
As an important ecological barrier between Beijing and Tianjin,Yanshan Mountain is of great ecological strategic significance.The disorganized mining of Baocai Iron Mine in Luanping County,with mining pits and residual hills all over the mining area,neglected the protection of the geological environment of the mine,and dust everywhere in the dry season,which has formed the material source of sandstorm and haze,and caused a serious impact on the production and life of the people and the sustainable development of the region.According to the on-site investigation and evaluation,there are 3 open-pit stopes,2 residual mounds,2 industrial sites and roads in the mining area,covering a total area of 111114 m^(2).There are great potential geological disasters,geomorphic landscape damage and land resource occupation damage problems,ecological restoration has no time to delay.Comprehensive analysis,adjust measures to local conditions,take effective means of engineering,the legacy of the mining pit,high and steep slope,abandon slag accumulation,vegetation destruction of mine geological environment problems such as management and restoration,utmost ground was carried out on the open-pit,windrow,mine road comprehensive improvement,governance forms after the widespread use of land resources.A total of 184221 m^(2) of green area was restored on the slope.
