摘要
倾斜摄影测量是国际测绘领域最近几年来新兴的一种高新测量技术,相比其他测量方式,具有周期短、效率高、成本低、灵活性高、成果直观等优点,有很大的应用前景。针对传统的房屋测量方法对于农村确权房屋采集工作效率低下的问题,基于倾斜摄影测量技术,通过密集匹配生成点云,CSF算法滤波分离地面点,再运用面片分割方法提取建筑物屋顶,进行过滤、分组、边缘拟合,得到建筑物轮廓线,从而自动提取建筑物轮廓信息。与传统方法相比,该方法具有结果直观、速度快、抗干扰能力强等特点。
Oblique photogrammetry is an emerging high-tech measurement technology in the field of international surveying and mapping in recent years.Compared with other measurement methods,it has the advantages of short cycle,high efficiency,low cost,high flexibility,and intuitive results,and has great application prospects.Aiming at the low efficiency of the traditional house measurement method for the collection of rural houses,based on the oblique photogrammetry technology,the point cloud was generated by dense matching,the ground points were separated by the CSF algorithm,and the roof of the building was extracted by the patch segmentation method.Filtering,grouping,and edge fitting were used to obtain building outlines,thereby automatically extracting building outline information.Compared with the traditional method,this method had the characteristics of intuitive results,fast speed and strong anti-interference ability.
