二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果及对咀嚼能力的影响

Application effect of zirconium dioxide restorations in oral restoration and its influence on masticatory ability

目的探讨二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果及对咀嚼能力的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月收治的85例口腔修复患者作为研究对象,利用计算机数字随机模型将其分为对照组(n=42)与观察组(n=43)。对照组采用合金修复体修复,观察组采用二氧化锆修复体修复。比较不同修复材料的修复效果、口腔健康相关生活质量、咀嚼效能及修复满意度。结果观察组的口腔修复总有有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的OHRQOL评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。口腔修复后1周及1、3个月,观察组的咀嚼效能均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的口腔修复体固位性、咀嚼功能、舒适度、美观性及语言发音满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆修复体应用在口腔修复中的修复效果更加突出,可以提升患者的口腔健康程度及咀嚼能力,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the application effect of zirconium dioxide restorations in oral restoration and its influence on masticatory ability.Methods A total of 85 patients with oral restoration treated from January 2018 to December2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=42) and observation group(n=43) by computer digital random model.The control group was repaired with alloy restorations,while the observation group was repaired with zirconium dioxide restorations.The restorative effects,oral health-related quality of life,masticatory efficiency and restoration satisfaction of different restorative materials were compared.Results The total effective rate of oral restoration in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 85.71% in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the OHRQOL score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 1 week,1 and 3 months after oral restoration,the masticatory efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The dental prosthesis retention,masticatory function,comfort,aesthetics and language and pronunciation satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconium dioxide restorations is more effective in oral restoration,which can improve patients’ oral health and masticatory ability,with significant clinical application value.
