摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇冷光源蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果及对患儿心肌损伤标志物的影响。方法选择2015年7月至2020年7月收治的540例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿为研究对象,根据入院时间不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各270例。对照组采用间歇冷光源蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前、后的免疫功能、心肌损伤标志物水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的78.52%(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,观察组的免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,观察组的肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇冷光源蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果满意,能提高患儿的免疫功能,改善心肌损伤标志物水平,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets combined with intermittent cold light source blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and its influence on myocardial injury markers of children.Methods A total of 540 children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia admitted from July 2015 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different admission time,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 270 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermittent cold light source blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,immune function and myocardial injury markers levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 78.52% in the control group(P <0.05).At 7 d after treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM) and immunoglobulin G(IgG) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after treatment,the levels of creatine kinase(CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets combined with intermittent cold light source blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia has a satisfactory effect.It can improve the immune function and the levels of myocardial injury markers of children,which is worthy of promotion.
