品管圈在提高中药注射剂不良反应报告合格率中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle in improving the qualified rate of adverse reaction report of traditional Chinese medicine injection

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在提高中药注射剂不良反应报告合格率中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年5月(PDCA循环实施前)、2019年6月至2019年10月(PDCA循环实施中)、2019年11月至2020年5月(PDCA循环实施后)全院中药注射剂不良反应报告,通过QCC分析其合格率低的原因,确定改善重点,制订改进方案。结果实施前、中、后,中药注射剂不良反应报告合格率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cochran-Armitage趋势检验显示,中药注射剂不良反应报告合格率随时间呈现出递增趋势(Z=5.9859,P<0.05)。全体圈员的责任荣誉、QCC手法运用、团队精神、专业知识、沟通协调、活动信心评分均为正向增加。结论 QCC可有效提升医院中药注射剂不良反应报告合格率,形成和完善不良反应标准化报告工作流程,加强中药注射剂不良反应的管理,促进患者用药安全。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC) in improving the qualified rate of adverse reaction report of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods The adverse reaction report of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the whole hospital from August 2018 to May 2019(before the implementation of PDCA cycle),June 2019 to October 2019(during the implementation of PDCA cycle),November 2019 to May 2020(after the implementation of PDCA cycle) were selected.The reasons for the low qualified rate were analyzed by QCC,the key points of improvement were determined and the improvement plan was formulated.Results There was significant difference in the qualified rate of adverse reaction report of traditional Chinese medicine injection before,during and after implementation(P<0.05).Cochran-Armitage trend test showed that the qualified rate of adverse reaction report of traditional Chinese medicine injection showed an increasing trend with time(P<0.05).The responsibility and honor,the application of QCC techniques,team spirit,professional knowledge,communication and coordination,and activity confidence scores of all circle members increased positively.Conclusion QCC can effectively improve the qualified rate of adverse reaction report of traditional Chinese medicine injection in hospital,form and improve the standardized reporting workflow of adverse reaction,strengthen the management of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection,and promote the drug safety of patients.
