系统性护理干预在介入治疗肝癌过程中的应用及效果评价

Systemic nursing intervention:Application and evaluation of the effects in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional surgery

目的:探究系统性护理干预在介入治疗肝癌过程中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月~2021年2月弋矶山医院介入科收治的95例行介入治疗的肝癌患者临床资料,按照不同的护理方法将其分为研究组与对照组,选取2020年4月~9月的患者为对照组给予常规护理干预,选取2020年10月~2021年2月的患者为研究组给予系统性护理干预,对比分析两组患者临床资料。结果:研究组和对照组患者护理后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均分别低于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组患者疼痛改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组患者护理后身体健康、情绪情感和生活满意度评分均分别高于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组患者身体健康、情绪情感和生活满意度改善优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症发生率(8.33%)低于对照组患者(21.28%)(P<0.05)。结论:在介入治疗肝癌患者中采用系统性护理干预,可以减轻患者术后疼痛,减少术后并发症,提高术后生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical rehabilitation effect of systemic nursing intervention in patients undergoing interventional surgery of liver cancer.Methods:The clinical data were obtained from 95 patients with liver cancer undergone interventional treatment in our department between April of 2020 to February of 2021,and divided into study group and control group according to different nursing measures the patients received.Patients in the period from April of 2020 to September of 2020 were included in the control group and received conventional nursing,and those in the period from October of 2020 to February of 2021 were recruited in the study group,and given systematic nursing intervention.The clinical data were compared and analyzed in the two groups of patients.Results:The pain scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the pain relief effect was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scoring on physical health,emotion and life satisfaction was improved in both groups of patients compared with that before nursing(P<0.05),yet patients in the study group had better improvement in physical health,emotion and life satisfaction than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(8.33%vs.21.28%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Systemic nursing intervention is worthy of wider clinical recommendation because it can reduce postoperative pain and complications,and improve postoperative quality of life in patients of liver cancer undergone interventional surgery.
