凡士林纱布联合莫匹罗星软膏在带状疱疹创面护理中的应用

Application of vaseline gauze with mupirocin ointment to managing the wound of herpes zoster

目的:探讨凡士林纱布联合莫匹罗星软膏在带状疱疹创面护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年8月~2020年7月皖南医学院第二附属医院收治的带状疱疹患者160例,将患者随机分为常规组与干预组,各80例。常规组采用常规换药,干预组在常规组的基础上采用凡士林纱布联合莫匹罗星软膏换药,比较两组患者的创面愈合时间、细菌清除率、疼痛评分等指标。结果:干预组创面愈合时间[(8.40±0.65)d]短于常规组[(10.13±1.67)d],P<0.05,干预组换药第3、5、7天疼痛评分均低于常规组(P<0.05),干预组细菌清除率(85.71%)高于常规组(71.05%)(P<0.05)。结论:凡士林纱布联合莫匹罗星软膏应用于带状疱疹创面护理效果较好,可缓解患者换药时疼痛,有效缩短愈合时间,提高细菌清除率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of vaseline gauze combined with mupirocin cream on the wound of herpes zoster.Methods:One hundred and sixty patients with herpes zoster treated in our hospital were included from August 2018 to July 2020,and randomly allocated to conventional care group and intervention group(n=80 in each group).Patients in the conventional care group received simple wound dressings,while those in intervention group were given vaseline gauze combined with mupiroxin ointment on the basis of routine dressing change.The two groups were compared regarding the wound healing time,bacterial clearance rate and pain scoring.Results:The wound healing time was significantly shorter in intervention group than in conventional care group[(8.40±0.65)d vs.(10.13±1.67)d,P<0.05].The pain score was lower in intervention group than in conventional group at day 3,5 and 7 upon dressing change(P<0.05),and the total bacterial clearance rate of the intervention group was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional care group(71.05%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaseline gauze combined with mupirocin ointment is worthy of clinical recommendation in managing the wound of herpes zoster because of its better efficacy in wound care,pain relief at dressing change,reduced wound healing time and improved bacterial clearance rate.
