家庭支持对地方高校师范生乡村学校任教意愿的影响--基于高校文化乡村元素的中介作用 被引量:5

The Study on the Influence of Family Support on the Willingness of Local Normal Students to Teach in Rural Schools--An Empirical Study on the Mediating Effect of Rural Elements in University Culture

摘要 为研究家庭支持与师范生乡村学校任教意愿之间关系,本研究在H省6所普通地方本科高校开展了调研。研究发现:(1)家庭支持是影响高校师范生乡村学校任教的一个重要因素。家庭支持力度、高校学校文化乡村元素、师范生乡村学校任教之间存在显著正相关。(2)不同的家庭支持力度对师范生乡村学校任教的影响存在明显差异;不管是否考虑师范生的背景信息,家庭高支持力度对师范生乡村学校任教的影响力均比家庭低支持力度的影响大。(3)家庭高支持力度通过高校文化乡村元素积极地促进了师范生乡村学校任教意愿;而高校文化乡村元素在家庭低支持力度与师范生乡村任教间却起到了延缓或阻碍的作用。因此,为了更好地促进地方高校师范生到乡村学校任教,可以通过行政引领,落实师范生乡村学校任教的社会支持;通过政策宣传,提高师范生乡村学校任教的家庭认可度;通过乡村文化元素创设,增强师范生乡村学校任教的意愿。 In order to study the relationship between family support and the willingness of normal university students to teach in rural schools,this study conducted an investigation in 6 local undergraduate universities of H Province.The study found:(1)Family support is an important factor affecting the teaching of rural schools.There is a significant positive correlation between the strength of family support and the embodiment of rural elements in college culture and the teaching of normal university students in rural schools.(2)There are obvious differences in the influence of different family support on teaching in rural schools of normal university students.Whether or not the background information of normal university students is considered,the high degree of family support has a greater influence on the teaching of rural schools of normal university students than the low support of families.(3)High family support has actively promoted the teaching willingness of normal university students through college cultural rural elements;however,the rural elements of college culture play a delaying or hindering role between the low family support and the rural teaching of normal university students.Therefore,in order to better promote local university students to teach in rural schools,we can implement the social support of rural schools for normal university students teaching through administrative guidance;improve the family recognition of normal university students teaching in rural schools through policy publicity;enhance the willingness to teach in rural schools for normal university students through the creation of rural cultural elements.
