产业结构升级、资源错配与绿色经济增长

Industrial Structure Upgrading,Resource Misallocation and Green Economic Growth

改善资源错配是促进产业结构升级,实现经济高质量发展的重要途径。采用2003-2020年全国面板数据,采取固定效应模型对产业结构升级、资源错配以及绿色经济增长的内在影响机理进行研究。研究结果表明:我国各地存在不同程度的资源错配,并且产业结构升级加剧了资本错配,抑制了劳动力错配。此外,产业结构升级能够通过资源错配显著影响绿色经济增长,呈部分中介效应。资源错配对绿色经济增长的影响呈倒“U”型,当由产业结构升级导致的资源错配扭曲到一定程度后,经济将负向增长。因此,随着产业结构的发展,应当注重资源配置效率的充分利用,加快市场化进程,使经济稳步增长。

Improving the misallocation of resources is an important way to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and achieve high-quality economic development.This paper uses the national panel data from 2003 to 2020,and adopts a fixed-effect model to study the internal influence mechanism of industrial structure upgrading,resource misallocation and economic fluctuations.The research results show that there are varying degrees of resource mismatch in various parts of our country,and the upgrading of industrial structure has aggravated capital mismatch and restrained labor mismatch.In addition,the upgrading of industrial structure can significantly affect economic fluctuations through resource misallocation,showing a partial mediating effect.The growth of resource mismatch with economic fluctuations is in an inverted"U"shape.When the mismatch of resources caused by the upgrading of the industrial structure is distorted to a certain extent,the economy will grow negatively.Therefore,with the development of the industrial structure,we should pay attention to the full utilization of resource allocation efficiency,accelerate the process of marketization,and make the economy grow steadily.
