豫中地区清代民居的保护与开发探析——以郑州市高新区任家古宅为例

Exploration on the Protection and Development of the Residential Buildings of Central Henan in the Qing Dynasty--Taking Ancient House of Ren's Family in Zhengzhou High-tech Zone as an Example

郑州市高新区任家古宅是豫中地区清代民居的一个典型,在区域历史文化、古建筑文化、名人文化方面颇具价值。虽然古宅现已成为博物馆,但在多方面存在不足,如古宅主体开发方式单一、区位优势不明显、缺乏必要的资金和人才支持、文物展厅条件简陋等。针对以上问题,可在以下几个方面进行一定的探索,如以“互联网+古宅文化”的方式拓展开发渠道、以区域旅游线路的设计改善古宅交通条件、以高校合作与人才的联合培养增强古宅保护与开发的科研力量、以文化地产开发实现房地产开发与文化创意的共赢等。

The ancient house of Ren's family is a typical example of residences in the middle of Henan Province in the Qing Dynasty.It is of great value in regional history and culture,ancient architectural culture and celebrity culture.Although the ancient house has now become a museum,it has many shortcomings,such as the single development mode,the location disadvantage,the lack of necessary funds and talent support,and the poor conditions in the exhibition hall of cultural relics.In view of the problems,the study intends to make some explorations in the following aspects,such as the"Internet+ancient house culture"approach to expand development channels,the design of regional tourist routes to improve the transportation conditions around ancient houses,and the joint training of talents with universities to enhance the scientific research for the protection and development of ancient houses,the development of cultural real estate,and the realization of real estate development and cultural creativity.
