基于储能型STATCOM的中低压配电网电压调节技术研究

Research on Voltage Regulation Technology of Medium and Low Voltage Distribution Network Based on Energy Storage STATCOM

针对常规STATCOM只能进行无功补偿,对中低压配电网中电阻性压降导致的低电压调节效果不理想的问题,提出基于常规STATCOM加装储能,构成储能型STATCOM的技术方案,使其具备有功功率补偿能力,探讨其在中低压配电网中的电压调节效果。首先,对比分析了中低压配电网中无功补偿和有功补偿的电压调节机理和调节效果,说明有功补偿的优越性;接着,基于PSCAD建立了储能型STATCOM调节中低压配电网电压的仿真模型,确定了仿真模型定功率控制策略;最后,基于该模型进行了中低压配电网中有功补偿和无功补偿的电压调节效果仿真对比分析。仿真结果验证了基于储能型STATCOM在进行常规无功补偿的同时还具备有功补偿的能力,对中低压配电网中电阻性压降导致的低电压问题有较好的调节效果。

Conventional STATCOM can only perform reactive power compensation,which is not ideal for low voltage regulation caused by resistive voltage drop in medium and low voltage distribution networks.The technical scheme of energy storage STATCOM based on conventional STATCOM is proposed to make it have the ability of active power compensation,and its voltage regulation effect in medium and low voltage distribution network is discussed.Firstly,the voltage regulation mechanism and regulation effect of reactive power compensation and active power compensation in medium and low voltage distribution network are compared and analyzed to illustrate the advantages of active power compensation.Then,the simulation model of energy storage STATCOM regulating medium and low voltage distribution network voltage is established based on PSCAD,and theconstant power control strategy of the simulation model is determined.Finally,the voltage regulation effects of active compensation and reactive compensation in medium and low voltage distribution network based on the model are simulated and compared.The simulation results verify that the energy storage-based STATCOM has the ability of active compensation while performing conventional reactive power compensation,and has a good regulation effect on low voltage problems caused by resistive voltage drops in medium and low voltage distribution networks.
