摘要
结合近几年国内配网自动化现状,针对配电多分支线路故障行波传变特性及故障定位精度提升进行研究。阐述了行波波速的影响因素,分析了行波波速误差对行波精确定位的影响,总结了精确定位技术的原理及其在配网应用的可行性,提出一种在线测量波速的方法及精确定位技术,并通过现场试验测试,验证了方法的可行性,期望能通过故障精确定位,快速定位故障点,以技术支撑管理,提高配网线路运行维护的管理水平,减少故障巡线的人力物力和因停电造成的直接经济损失。
Based on current situation of domestic distribution network automation in recent years,the characteristics of traveling wave propagation and the improvement of fault location accuracy of multi-branch lines in distribution are studied.The factors affecting traveling wave velocity are introduced and the effect of traveling wave velocity error on traveling wave accuracy are analyzed.The principle of precise positioning technology and its feasibility analysis in distribution network are summarized.A method for online measurement of wave speed and accurate positioning technology is proposed,and the feasibility of the method is verified through field test and test.It is expected that the fault location can be accurately located,the fault point can be quickly located,and the technical support management can improve the management level of the operation and maintenance of the distribution network line,and reduce the manpower and material resources of the fault line inspection and the direct economic loss caused by the power outage.
