摘要 随着电源技术的飞速发展,开关电源的应用越来越广泛,并向着多功能化、小型化的方向发展。多功能化、抗电磁干扰、小型化、高转换效率已成为研究热点,但是小型化又引入了电压串扰的问题,因此提出了一种专门应用于隔离式DC/DC开关电源的LC振荡器,用于解决高电压与低电压之间的串扰问题,提高开关电源的转换效率。仿真研究表明,LC振荡器的工作时钟为180 MHz时,该隔离式DC/DC开关电源的输出电流能达到100 mA左右,转换效率也接近40%。 With the rapid development of power supply technology,switching power supply is more and more widely used,and is developing towards multi-function and miniaturization.Multifunctional,anti electromagnetic interference,miniaturization and high conversion efficiency have become research hotspots.However,miniaturization introduces the problem of voltage crosstalk.Therefore,an LC oscillator specially applied to isolated DC/DC switching power supply is proposed to solve the crosstalk problem between high voltage and low voltage and improve the conversion efficiency of switching power supply.The simulation results show that when the working clock of LC oscillator is 180 MHz,the output current of the isolated DC/DC switching power supply can reach about 100 mA,and the conversion efficiency is close to 40%.
