摘要
为减小或消除工业生产中产生的烟尘对环境的影响,利用图像二值化方法对前端设备采集的图像进行灰度化转换,在此基础上对灰度化图像采用传统的滤波方法处理。设计一套烟尘排放监控系统,可根据烟尘的排放情况来控制设备处于最优的运行状态,达到节能减排的效果。
In order to reduce or eliminate the impact of smoke and dust generated in industrial production on the environment,the image binarization method is used to convert the images collected by the front-end equipment to grayscale,and on this basis,the grayscale images are processed by traditional filtering methods.A set of smoke and dust emission monitoring system is designed to control the equipment in the optimal operation state according to the smoke and dust emission,so as to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.
