Transformation and Maintenance Practice of Bell Less Top Distributor in Ironmaking Plant

布料器是无钟炉顶的关键设备,其功能是驱动并控制布料溜槽绕高炉中心线的旋转和倾动,以完成高炉不同的布料要求。本文结合酒钢炼铁厂450 m^(3)高炉炉顶布料器的运行现状,对炉顶布料器结构改造,提高了布料器布料精度,降低了介质能源消耗,同时就布料器日常操作维护注意事项提出了要求。

The distributor is the key equipment of bell less top,whose function is to drive and control the distribution chute to rotate and tilt around the center line of blast furnace,so as to complete different distribution requirements of blast furnace.Combined with the operation status of the top distributor of 450 m^(3) blast furnace in Jiugang ironmaking plant,the structure of the top distributor is reformed,which improves the distribution accuracy of the distributor,reduces the medium energy consumption,and puts forward the requirements for the daily operation and maintenance of the distributor.
