摘要
通过介绍利用含铜渣富氧侧吹炉熔炼生产冰铜工艺原理和砷元素毒理性特性,分析冶炼工艺过程中砷元素流向,剖析可能引起砷污染的工艺环节及途径,提出含铜渣富氧侧吹炉熔炼生产冰铜工艺过程中的砷污染防治措施,为今后类似工艺提供参考。
By introducing the use of copper slag rich oxygen side-blown matte smelting furnace production process principle and arsenic poison rational characteristics,the analysis of arsenic in smelting process flow and analyze the possible cause arsenic pollution in the process and way,put forward the oxygen-free copper slag matte side furnace smelting production process in the process of arsenic pollution prevention measures,provide a reference for future similar process.
