摘要 某镍冶炼企业采用富氧顶吹浸没喷枪熔池熔炼-P-S吹炼工艺处理镍精矿。企业提升改造后,富氧浸没顶吹熔池熔炼,转炉开路的低镍锍量达到80%的份额,同时产生的低镍锍铜镍品位提高,由原来的Ni品位34%左右提高至45%。废气量较改造前废气量有所增加,颗粒物、硫酸雾等污染物均有不同程度的增加;工业固体废物产生量和处置量均增加。 In a nickel smelting enterprise,the process of oxygen enriched top blowing immersion spray gun melting pool smelting-P-S smelting was adopted to treat nickel concentrate.After the upgrading and transformation of the enterprise,the amount of low nickel matte produced by the open converter was up to 80%,and the grade of copper and nickel of the low nickel matte produced was increased from the original Ni grade of about 34%to 45%.The amount of exhaust gas has increased compared with that before the transformation,and the pollutants such as particulate matter and sulfuric acid mist have increased to different degrees.Industrial solid waste production and disposal increased.
