摘要
江阴兴澄特钢2#高炉中修停炉,采用前期回收煤气、利用TRT降温、打水降料面的操作方法。通过采取停炉料的精确计算、雾化打水降温、炉内精心操作等措施,最大限度回收煤气,缩短了停炉时间,料面降低至风口位置,为以后中修停炉积累了经验。
No.2 BF of Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel was shut down during medium repair,gas recovery in early stage,cooling by TRT,operation method of drawing water to lower material level.By taking the accurate calculation of the charge for stopping the furnace,spray water for cooling,careful operation in the furnace and so on.Maximum recovery of gas,reduced furnace shutdown time,the material level is lowered to the tuyere position,it has accumulated experience for medium repair and shutdown in the future.
