摘要
为满足SPHC系列钢种低磷生产要求,结合本厂生产实际数据,从热力学角度分析了从转炉终点到钢包吹氩结束的回磷过程。通过对终点控制、出钢挡渣及合金化等工艺进行优化,解决了因为回磷导致钢种改判的问题。
In order to meet the requirements of SPHC series steel grade low phosphorus production combined with the actual production data of a certain factory,the process of phosphorus recovery from the end of the converter to the end of the ladle argon blowing is analyzed from the perspective of thermodynamics.By optimizing the end point control,tapping slag blocking and alloying processes,solve the problem of changing the judgement of steel grade due to phosphorus recovery.
