摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)和拉伸试验机对铸轧法生产的3003铝合金深冲料成品退火工艺的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究,结果表明,两种工艺方案下生产的3003铝合金沿轧制方向0°的力学性能优于沿轧制方向90°,此差异性随退火温度升高而逐渐减小并趋于一致。铝合金样品经退火处理后的强度急剧降低,变化最大的温度区间处于280~300℃,与金相分析结果相互印证进行判断,认为280℃为再结晶开始的温度,400℃为再结晶终了温度。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 3003 aluminum alloy deep drawing products produced by roll casting were studied by optical microscope(OM)and tensile testing machine.The results show that the 3003 aluminum alloy produced by the two processes is that the mechanical properties of 0°are better than that of 90°along the rolling direction,with the increase of annealing temperature,the difference gradually decreases and tends to be consistent.After annealing,the strength of aluminum alloy sample decreases sharply,and the temperature range of maximum change is between 280℃and 300℃.Judging from the results of metallographic analysis,it is considered that 280℃is the starting temperature of recrystallization and 400℃is the ending temperature of recrystallization.
