摘要
介绍酒钢焦化厂化产煤气鼓风机仪控系统分离改造项目,在原有控制系统的基础上增加一套DCS控制系统,将两台鼓风机的数据监控和联锁保护系统分割,同时完善关键联锁模拟量的防突变机制,并实现两台风机由相同的上位机集中控制,实现完整的一用一备功能,大幅提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性。
This paper introduces the separation and transformation project of the I&C system of the gas blower in the coking plant of JISCO,which adds a set of DCS control system on the basis of the original control system,separates the data monitoring and interlocking protection system of the two blowers,improves the anti mutation mechanism of the key interlocking analog signals,and realizes that the two blowers are controlled by the same upper computer,also achieved a complete function of one for use and one for standby,improved the reliability and stability of the system.
