硫氮丙腈酯性质稳定、捕收力强、选择性好,是一种性能良好的硫化矿捕收剂,在近十年获得了快速发展。但由于生产所用的原料和产品都属于易燃易爆物质,在项目建设和运行期间可能发生突发性事件和事故,因此其安全生产必须引起人们的重视。论述了硫氮丙腈酯捕收剂的安全生产与风险防范措施,为生产企业的风险管理提供依据。

Cyanoethyl Diethyl Dithionocarbamate is a kind of performance sulfide ore collector with stable property,strong collecting power and good selectivity,it has been developed rapidly in the past decade.However,because the raw materials and products used by production belong to flammable and explosive substances,unexpected events and accidents may occur during the construction and operation of the project,so the safety production must arouse people's attention.This paper discusses the safety production and risk prevention measures of thiopropylonitrile collector,which provides the basis for the risk management of production enterprises.
