中国双支柱政策领域的知识图谱研究——基于2009—2021年核心期刊论文的可视化分析

Research on Knowledge Graph in the Field of China's Double-Pillar Policy——Visualization Analysis Based on Core Journal Articles from 2009 to 2021

党的十九大提出建立健全双支柱政策调控框架,双支柱政策领域研究愈加受到国内研究学者的重视。研究利用CiteSpace、Bicomb、SPSS等图谱量化软件,对2009—2021年中国知网核心数据库收录的743篇高质量论文进行图谱分析,结果显示中国双支柱政策领域研究分为4类:银行风险承担视角下双支柱政策协调效果研究、双支柱政策对宏观经济要素影响研究、双支柱政策对系统性金融风险的影响研究及金融稳定目标下双支柱政策协调效果研究。为此,研究提出深化双支柱政策对银行风险承担的机理研究;重视对金融基础设施、跨境资本流动等领域的宏观审慎监管研究;健全系统性金融风险监测体系;深化最优政策组合的评估,明晰政策工具的最终目标和中间目标等建议。

With the double-pillar policy regulation framework proposed in the 19th National Congress,the domestic scholars have been paying more attention to the study of the double pillar policy.This study uses CiteSpace,Bicomb,SPSS and other map quantization software to conduct a map analysis of 743 high quality papers collected in the core database of CNKI in 2009-2021.The study found that research in China's double-pillar policy is divided into four categories:research on double-pillar policy coordination effect in the view of bank risk-taking,research on the impact of double-pillar policy on macroeconomic elements,research on influence of double-pillar policy on systematic financial risks,research on double-pillar policy coordination effects under financial stability target.To this end,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as deepening the mechanism research of double-pillar policy on bank risk-taking;paying attention to the macro prudential supervision research on financial infrastructure and cross-border capital flow;improving systematic financial risk monitoring system;deepening the assessment of optimal policy portfolio;understanding the ultimate targets and intermediate targets of policy tools.
