摘要
利用高通量测序技术,对小清河济南段上、中、下游的水体和沉积物中微生物群落进行监测,分析不同河段微生物群落的特征以及环境因子相关性,筛选与氨氮降解相关的微生物群。结果表明:变形菌门、放线菌门、蓝藻门是丰度相对较高的三大类微生物群,睦里庄、辛丰庄断面的微生物群落与水体酸碱度及溶解氧呈正相关,与氨氮、总氮、生化需氧量及化学需氧量呈负相关,大码头、还乡店断面的则相反;小清河断面富含大量与氨氮降解过程密切相关的微生物类群,如红细菌科、肉杆菌科、红环菌科等。
High-throughput sequencing technique was used to monitor microbial communities in waters and sediments in upper,middle,and lower reaches of Jinan section of the Xiaoqing River.Characteristics of microbial communities in different river reaches and correlation of environmental factors were analyzed,and microbial communities related to ammonia nitrogen degradation were screened.The results show that Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,and Cyanophyta are the three microbial communities with relatively high abundance.The microbial communities in cross sections of Mulizhuang and Xinfengzhuang are positively correlated with microbial communities pH values of waters and dissolved oxygen,while negatively correlated with ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,biochemical oxygen demand as well as chemical oxygen demand,and cross sections of Damatou and Huanxiangdian are opposite.The cross section of the Xiaoqing River contains a large number of microorganisms closely related to degradation process of ammonia nitrogen,such as Rhodobacteraceae,Carnobacteriaceae,Rhodocyclaceae and so on.
