义务教育中综合素质评价实施存在的问题及对策研究

摘要 探讨了义务教育中综合素质评价实施存在的问题及对策。概述了综合素质评价的内涵,从综合素质评价的目的、形式、过程、结果等方面,论述了综合素质评价的实施路径。分析了综合素质评价在义务教育实施中存在的问题,体现在评价任务重,教师负担较大,评价内容多样,缺乏统一标准,评价者意识有待提高,评价项目和方法过于固定,提出了有效推进义务教育阶段学生综合素质评价的对策,应引入智能化的评价体系,统一评价标准,增强评价者的评价意识,完善评价项目和评价方式,进而提升评价结果的质量,实现对学生的全方位评价。 The study explores the problems of comprehensive quality assessment in compulsory education and the countermeasures,summarizes the connotation of comprehensive quality assessment,and discusses the implement pathway of comprehensive quality assessment from the following aspects,including the target,form,process and results of comprehensive quality assessment.The problems of comprehensive quality assessment in compulsory education are analyzed,i.e.heavy burden of assessment task and the teachers,various forms of assessment contents,lack of unified standard,low estimator’s consciousness,and fixed assessment project and methods.The countermeasures of the effective promotion of student’s comprehensive quality assessment in compulsory education are proposed.It is suggested to introduce the intelligent assessment system,unify assessment standard,promote estimator’s assessment consciousness,perfect evaluation project and method,promote evaluation results and quality,and achieve student’s comprehensive assessment.
