翻转课堂教学模式下高校教师的角色定位探讨

Exploration of the Role Definition of Teachers in Colleges and Universities Under Flipped Course Teaching Mode

对翻转课堂教学模式下高校教师的角色定位进行探讨。高校传统教学模式存在一些问题,部分学生学习效率低下,受到了一定限制,而在翻转课堂教学模式中,教师是教学视频的制作者、课堂讨论的引导者、课程教学的解惑者、高级思维能力的培养者、微课资源的提供者、满足学生求知欲的助力者。翻转课堂教学模式的提出使教师的角色发生了转变,有效创新了学生的学习思维,对于学生未来的职业规划有着积极意义。

The study explores the role definition of teachers in colleges and universities under flipped course teaching mode.There are some problems in traditional teaching mode in colleges and universities.The learning efficiency of some students is low,and there are some limitations.In flipped course teaching mode,teachers are the producers of the teaching videos,guiders of course discussion,problem solvers of course teaching,trainer of advanced thinking ability,suppliers of micro course resources,and the helpers to satisfy student’s thirst for knowledge.The propose of flipped course teaching mode can make teachers transform their roles,effectively create student’s learning thinking.There is positive significance in the vocational planning for students in the future.
