摘要
对大数据技术专业人才培养中的校企合作模式进行探讨。介绍了校企合作模式的研究价值,分析了校企合作模式面临的困境,明确了校企合作模式的发展方向,提出了校企合作模式的实践路径。为了提高市场所需大数据专业人才质量,需通过校企合作模式来制订行之有效的人才培养方案,推动相关体系的建立,以满足社会人才需求。
The study explores the school-enterprise cooperation mode in the training of big data technology professional talents,introduces research value,analyzes the dilemma,the development orientation and practice pathway of school-enterprise cooperation mode.In order to improve the quality of big data technology professional talents required by the market,it is necessary to formulate effective talent training schedule through school-enterprise cooperation mode,promote the establishment of related systems,in order to satisfy the talent demands from the society.
