Study on the Path of Teacher’s Ethics Construction of Private College Counselors

基于对师德建设内涵的理解,分析当前民办高校辅导员师德建设存在的问题,提出民办高校辅导员师德建设路径,从而不断提高民办高校辅导员队伍师德水平。

Based on the understanding of the connotation of teacher’s ethics construction,the study analyzes the problems of teacher’s ethics construction of private college counselors at present,and proposes teacher’s ethics construction path of private college counselors,in order to continuously improve the teacher’s ethics level.
