摘要 探讨项目教学法在基础护理学实践教学中的运用效果。采用整群抽样法,在学院2020级高职护理专业所有教学班中随机抽取两个班共102人作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组。一个班为实验组,采用项目教学模式开展护理教学,另一个班为对照组,采用传统基础护理带教模式,分析比较两组学生的实践操作能力。结果发现,实验组实践操作考试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。项目教学法能较好地激发学生的学习主动性,培养学生团队协作能力、沟通能力及临床思维能力,使护生更好地适应临床护理工作岗位,在基础护理实践教学课程中具有可行性。 The study explores the application effect of teaching method in the practical teaching of basic nursing.Through cluster sampling method,102 students from two classes of grade 2020 of nursing department are randomly selected and divided into experiment group and control group.Experiment group receive project teaching mode,and control group receive traditional basic nursing teaching mode.Practical operation abilities of two groups are compared.The results show that the examination results of practical operation of experiment group is significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Project teaching can better stimulate student’s initiative,train student’s teamwork ability,communication capacity and clinical thinking ability,to make nursing students better adapt to clinical nursing operating post.Project teaching method plays the feasible role in the practical teaching of basic nursing.
