摘要
随着相控阵天线在航天领域的应用,对星载T/R组件轻量化、幅相一致性和可靠性的要求越来越高,而传统手工组装效率相对较低,且难以满足一致性的要求,为此,基于数字化制造开发了微组装生产线自动组装技术,通过研究自动化组装设计工艺性要求,突破自动贴装和自动键合的关键技术,实现了星载T/R组件的精密自动组装。经过生产验证,自动组装的T/R组件免调试,满足性能一致性要求,产品组装效率显著提高,为星载微波产品数字化制造提供了技术基础。
With the application of phased array antenna in aerospace field the required for lightweight,amplitude and phase consistentcy and high reliability of spaceborne T/R modules are higher and higher.However,the efficiency of manual assembly is relatively low,and the requirements of consistency is diffucult to meet.Therefore,based on digital manufacturing,the automatic microassembly production line is adopted.By studying the technological requirements of automatic assembly design,the key technologies of automatic assembling,wire bonding and AOI detection are broken through,and the precision automatic assembly of spaceborne T/R module is realized.After batch production verification,T/R module is free of debugging,the performance consistency meets the requirements,and the product assembly efficiency is significantly improved.which provides the technical basis for digital manufacturing of spaceborne microwave products.
