肋间神经阻滞联合加巴喷丁治疗胸部带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察肋间神经阻滞联合加巴喷丁口服治疗胸部带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法:选取胸部PHN患者52例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组予以加巴喷丁口服,观察组在对照组基础上联合肋间神经阻滞疗法。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分]及生活质量[生活质量量表评分]。结果:治疗后,两组患者VAS、PSQI评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),生活质量评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组VAS、PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.31%(24/26),高于对照组的69.23%(18/26),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肋间神经阻滞联合加巴喷丁口服治疗胸部PHN的疗效优于单纯口服加巴喷丁,能更好地缓解疼痛症状,降低VAS、PSQI评分,提高患者生活质量。
