摘要
通过对铝箔哑光面进行等离子清洗,考察了铝箔哑光面经过等离子清洗后对铝塑膜外层粘结性、冲深性、耐湿热性能等的影响。结果表明,经过等离子清洗的铝塑膜外层粘结性能优于未经等离子清洗的样品,而冲深性能和耐电解液性能没有明显差别。在不同清洗功率下,120 W/(min·m^(2))时外层粘结性能最佳,而冲深性能和耐电解液性能没有明显差别。
In this paper,the effects of plasma cleaning of aluminum foil matte surface and plasma power on the adhesion,punching depth,moisture and heat resistance of aluminum plastic film were investigated.The results show that the adhesion performance of the outer layer of the aluminum-plastic film after plasma cleaning is better than that of the sample without plasma cleaning,but there is no significant difference in the punching depth and electrolyte resistance.Under different cleaning power,the bonding performance is the best at 120W/min/m^(2),but there is no significant difference in the punching depth and electrolyte resistance.
