摘要
在修复工程中,利用微生物处理高浓度氨氮废水。通过对填埋场渗滤液坑底活性污泥驯化,筛选出复合菌剂,在异养硝化培养基或基坑废水中培养25 d后,氨氮平均质量浓度从830.42 mg/L降至38.28 mg/L,去除率最高达95.4%;总氮平均质量浓度从930.03 mg/L降至330.68 mg/L,去除率最高达66.2%。该复合菌剂主要成分为假单胞菌,对氨氮总氮降解效果显著,持续时间长,在高浓度污染水体修复领域中具有良好的应用前景。
In order to treat polluted water with high concentration of ammonia nitrogen by using microbial agents in remediation projects,we domesticate composite agents by screening the bottom activated sludge of landfill leachate.After adding composite agents in heterotrophic nitrification medium or wastewater and culturing for 25 days,the average concentration of ammonia nitrogen decreased from 830.42 mg/L to 38.28 mg/L while the removal rate was as high as 95.4%,and the average concentration of total nitrogen decreased from 930.03 mg/L to 330.68 mg/L while the removal rate was as high as 66.2%.The main component of agents was Pseudomonas.Because of significant degrading ability of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen,and long degrading time,the composite agents will have good application prospect in bioremediation of water pollution.
