摘要
通过氧化剂种类及添加量的对比,探究了氧化剂对硫化砷渣稳定化固化的影响。确定了硫化砷渣稳定化固化的最佳氧化剂及添加量。结果表明:采用30%过氧化氢作为氧化剂对硫化砷渣进行氧化处理,处理效果最好,重金属浸出质量浓度可达到安全填埋《危险废物填埋污染物控制标准》(GB18598-2019)中的要求。在过氧化氢作为氧化剂,添加量25%,稳定化固化反应时间2 h,养护48 h的条件下,硫化砷渣稳定化固化效果最佳,砷的浸出质量浓度为0.003 mg/L。
This paper studies the effect of oxidants on the stabilization and solidification of arsenic sulfide slag through comparison of types and amount of oxidants used in oxidation process.The optimum oxidant and its addition amount for the stabilization and solidification of arsenic sulfide slag were determined.The results show that:when arsenic sulfide slag was oxidized with 30%hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,the treatment effect is the best,the concentration of heavy metals can meet the disposal standard in the control standard for pollutants in hazardous waste landfill(GB18598-2019).When hydrogen peroxide is used as oxidant,with the addition amount of 25%,and stabilization curing reaction time of 2 h,under the condition of curing for 48 h,the stabilization and solidification effect of arsenic sulfide slag is the best,the leaching concentration of arsenic is 0.003 mg/L.
