摘要
以云南某金属冶炼厂的含砷废渣为研究对象,先酸浸,再使用硼氢化钾做还原剂对其进行安全处置,可将固相中的砷转化进液相中,降低处置难度、节约填埋成本。结果表明,采用30%硝酸溶液为浸出液的效果最佳,砷的浸出率为86.7%;取50 g浸出液加入1 g硼氢化钾砷的脱除率最高为99.69%。
Taking the arsenic-containing waste residue from a metal smelter in Yunnan as the research object,acid is leached first,and then potassium borohydride is used as a reducing agent for safe disposal,arsenic in the solid phase can be converted into the liquid phase,the difficulty of disposal was reduced and landfill costs were saved.The result shows that by using 30%nitric acid solution as the leaching solution,the best effect can be obtained.The leaching rate of arsenic is 86.7%.Taking 50 g of leaching solution and adding 1 g of potassium borohydride to arsenic,the highest removal rate of arsenic can be reached 99.69%.
