霉变三七粉中病原菌的分离鉴定

摘要 (目的)为了鉴定霉变三七粉中可能存在的病原菌,采集文山霉变三七粉样本进行了研究。(方法)通过对样本进行组织分离、形态鉴定和rDNA-ITS分子标记等三种方式结合处理,分离了霉变三七中的病原菌。(结果)研究共分离到三七霉变菌2属7种,并对其中的橘青霉和黄曲霉进行形态鉴定和分子标记鉴定。(结论)霉变三七粉中鉴定出含有黄曲霉毒素和橘青霉毒素。 Objective:To identify the possible contained pathogenic bacteria in the powder of mildewed Panax notoginseng,samples of the powder of mildewed Panax notoginseng from Wenshan were collected.Method:The pathogen was isolated by tissue isolation,morphological identification and RDNA-ITS molecular marker.Results:In this study,7 species of 2 genera were isolated,and the morphology of Penicillium orange and Aspergillus flavus were identified by molecular marker.Conclusion:Aflatoxin and citrinillin were identified in Mold Panax notoginseng powder.
