走罐联合消疕2号方治疗血瘀型斑块状银屑病临床疗效及对相关细胞因子的影响

Clinical Observation of Moving Cupping Combined with Xiaobi Erhao Fang on Blood Stasis Plaque Psoriasis and Its Effects on Related Cytokines

目的观察走罐疗法联合消疕2号方治疗血瘀证斑块状银屑病的有效性、安全性及对辅助性T细胞(Th17)细胞因子的影响。方法60例斑块状银屑病(血瘀证)患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组内服消疕2号方治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用走罐疗法。比较2组患者治疗前后银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数(PASI)、治疗总有效率,检测比较2组患者治疗前后的血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、IL-22、IL-23水平。结果治疗后走罐联合中药内服的治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),PASI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。治疗前治疗组和对照组与健康对照组比较,IL-17,IL-22和IL-23的血清水平均明显增高(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组在治疗至第3周、第6周时血清IL-17,IL-22和IL-23水平均下降,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论走罐疗法联合消疕2号方治疗斑块状银屑病疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。

Objective In order to observe the therapeutic effects of walking cupping therapy combined with Xiaobi Erhao Fang on plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome)and its security and effects on Th17 cell-related cytokines.Methods Sixty patients with plaque psoriasis(blood stasis syndrome)were taken as the research objects and randomly divided into treatment group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases.The control group was treated with Xiaobi Erhao Fang,and the treatment group was treated with moving cupping therapy on the basis of the control group.The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI),the total effective rate,the levels of serum interleukin-17(IL-17),IL-22 and IL-23 before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the PASI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.Before treatment,the serum levels of IL-17,IL-22 and IL-23 in the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-17,IL-22 and IL-23 levels of the treatment group and the control group decreased at the third and sixth week,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Moving cupping therapy combined with Xiaobi Erhao Fang in the treatment of plaque psoriasis is safe and effective.
