摘要 胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)参与细胞增殖与分化,是促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶信号转导通路的家族成员之一,刺激信号通过ERK信号转导通路传至细胞核内。ERK信号通路可能与阿尔茨海默病(AD)病理生理发生发展过程涉及的神经元凋亡相关,有助于加深对AD发病机制及其与ERK信号通路关系的认识,并有助于发现AD研究的潜在方向。未来,对ERK参与AD作用机制的深入研究,将为AD的预防、药物研发、精准治疗提供新思路。 Extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)participates in cell proliferation and differentiation,and is one of the family members of mitogen activated protein kinase signal transduction pathway.The stimulation signal is transmitted to the nucleus through ERK signal transduction pathway.ERK signaling pathway may be associated with neuronal apoptosis related to the pathophysiology of Alzheimer′s disease(AD),which helps to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of AD and its relationship with ERK signaling pathway,and help to find the potential direction of AD research.In the future,the in-depth study of the mechanism of ERK involved in AD will provide new ideas for the prevention,drug development and precise treatment of AD.
