间充质干细胞膜修饰纳米粒在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤治疗仍是世界上的难题,传统的治疗方法包括放疗、化疗和手术治疗。纳米粒为1~100 nm的微粒,大小介于微观分子和宏观物体之间,具有特殊的理化特性,现已广泛应用于抗肿瘤药物和基因的运载体。间充质干细胞(MSC)在一定条件下可无限增殖,MSC膜具有多分化、低免疫原性的特点且获取方便快捷,在肿瘤治疗中可靶向目的肿瘤组织、逃避免疫清除、增强化疗药物敏感性、减少化疗药的不良反应。联合MSC膜修饰纳米粒形成纳米复合物对提高肿瘤的靶向治疗和减少不良反应具有重要意义。 Tumor treatment is still a difficult problem in the world.The traditional treatment methods include radiotherapy,chemotherapy and surgery.Nanoparticles are particles of 1-100 nm,the size of which are between micro molecules and macroscopic objects,with special physical and chemical properties,and have been widely used in anti-tumor drugs and gene carriers.Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)proliferate infinitely under certain conditions.MSC membrane has the characteristics of multi-differentiation and low immunogenicity with easy and fast access,which can target the target tumor tissue,avoid immune clearance,enhance the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs,and reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs in tumor therapy.Nano complexes combining MSC membrane to modify nanoparticles,are of great significance in improving the targeted therapy and reducing toxic and side effects of tumor treatment.
