胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。影响胃癌患者预后的因素是多方面的,包括TNM分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移率等。T细胞免疫是人体免疫系统的重要组成部分,肿瘤的免疫应答和T细胞免疫功能的紊乱或失衡将对机体造成损害。T细胞免疫包括多种不同类型的细胞,如CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD8+T淋巴细胞、记忆细胞等,它们在肺癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌等肿瘤中均具有特异的抗肿瘤反应或肿瘤免疫逃逸功能,T细胞免疫在胃癌的发生、发展和预后中可能起着重要的作用。

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.There are many factors affecting the prognosis of the patients,such as TNM stage,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis rate and so on.T cell immunity is an important part of human immune system.The disorder or imbalance of tumor immune response and T cell immune function will bring serious consequences to the body.T cell immunity includes a variety of different types of cells,such as CD4+T lymphocytes,CD8+T lymphocytes,memory cells,etc.,which have specific anti-tumor response or tumor immune escape function in lung cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,ovarian cancer and other tumors.T cell immunity may play an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of gastric cancer.
