摘要
体外受精技术是治疗不孕症较为有效的方案。为避免体外受精技术引起的低活产率和高多胎率,获得单胎健康婴儿,选择最具发育潜能的胚胎进行移植显得尤为关键。目前评估胚胎发育潜能的方法以传统的胚胎形态学评估为主,此评估方法较成熟、有效,但各地评估标准并不统一,具有较大的主观性,对着床结局的预测并不准确。而延时摄像技术、胚胎植入前遗传学检测和代谢组学分析可动态观察胚胎和基因结构完整性,评估细胞功能状态,从而多角度为胚胎发育潜能评估方法提供可行性的补充。但是,这些技术的应用仍存在一些问题,在临床实施过程中,还需要更大样本、更多数据的进一步研究。
In vitro fertilization is an effective treatment for infertility.In order to avoid the low live birth rate and high multiple birth rate caused by in vitro fertilization and obtain single healthy infants,it is particularly important to select the embryo with the most developmental potential for transplantation.At present,the assessment method of embryo developmental potential is largely based on the traditional embryo morphology.Although this method is relatively mature and effective,the evaluation criteria is not uniform and the method is subjective,so the prediction of implantation outcome is not accurate.Time-lapse technology,pre-implantation genetic testing and metabolomics utilize three different aspects of dynamic observation of embryos,gene structural integrity and cell functional state assessment,and provide feasible supplements to the multi-angle assessment method of embryo developmental potential.However,there are still some problems in the application of these technologies,and further studies with larger samples and more data are needed in the clinical implementation.
