子宫内膜癌患者血清CA125、CA199、SCC-Ag表达水平及其临床意义

Expression of Serum CA125,CA199 and SCC-Ag in Patients with Endometrial Cancer and Their Clinical Significance

目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月年安徽医科大学附属宿州医院妇科收治的48例子宫内膜癌患者(子宫内膜癌组)、82例妇科良性肿瘤患者(良性组)为研究对象,选择同期在安徽医科大学附属宿州医院进行门诊检查的40例健康女性作为对照组。比较3组研究对象血清CA125、CA199、SCC-Ag水平,分析血清CA125、CA199、SCC-Ag水平与子宫内膜癌的相关性及其对子宫内膜癌的早期诊断价值。结果良性组和子宫内膜癌组血清CA125、CA199、SCC-Ag水平明显高于对照组[(29±5)kU/L、(49±19)kU/L比(22±4)kU/L,(33±8)kU/L、(59±21)kU/L比(22±4)kU/L,(1.4±0.4)μg/L、(5.6±1.9)μg/L比(0.9±0.3)μg/L](均P<0.05),子宫内膜癌组血清CA125、CA199、SCC-Ag水平明显高于良性组(均P<0.05);Pearson相关系数分析结果显示,血清CA125、CA199、SCC-Ag水平与子宫内膜癌具有显著相关性(r=0.239、r=0.307、r=0.284,均P<0.001);受试者工作特征曲线分析结果显示,血清CA125、CA199、SCC-Ag水平诊断子宫内膜癌的灵敏度分别为69.85%、71.08%、72.57%,特异度分别为70.87%、73.92%、74.56%,三者联合检测的灵敏度为88.47%、特异度为90.06%。结论血清CA125、CA199、SCC-Ag水平与子宫内膜癌具有显著相关性,对早期子宫内膜癌具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the expression levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)in patients with endometrial cancer and their clinical significance.Methods A total of 48 patients with endometrial cancer(endometrial cancer group),82 patients with benign gynecologic tumors(benign group)and 40 healthy women who underwent outpatient examination(control group)in the Department of Gynecology,Suzhou Hospital of Anhui Medical University from Jan.2018 to Dec.2020 were included.The serum CA125,CA199 and SCC-Ag levels of the three groups were compared,and the correlations of serum CA125,CA199 and SCC-Ag levels with endometrial carcinoma and their value for the early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma were analyzed.Results Serum levels of CA125,CA199 and SCC-Ag in the benign group and endometrial cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(29±5)kU/L,(49±19)kU/L vs(22±4)kU/L;(33±8)kU/L,(59±21)kU/L vs(22±4)kU/L;(1.4±0.4)μg/L,(5.6±1.9)μg/L vs(0.9±0.3)μg/L](all P<0.05).The levels of serum CA125,CA199 and SCC-Ag in the endometrial cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign group(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that serum CA125,CA199,SCC-Ag levels were significantly correlated with endometrial cancer(r=0.239,r=0.307,r=0.284,all P<0.001).Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that the sensitivity of serum CA125,CA199 and SCC-Ag levels in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer were 69.85%,71.08%and 72.57%respectively,and the specificity of serum CA125,CA199 and SCC-Ag levels were 70.87%,73.92%and 74.56%respectively,while the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of serum CA125,CA199 and SCC-Ag levels were 88.47%and 90.06%.Conclusion Serum CA125,CA199,SCC-Ag levels are significantly correlated with endometrial cancer,which have high diagnostic value for early endometrial cancer.
