集团化办学各环节办学成效与整体办学成效的关系研究

摘要 基于D市义务教育集团化办学调查数据,采用回归分析和夏普利值分解探索集团化办学各环节成效与整体成效的关系,结果发现政策保障、学生素养和文化融合三个环节的办学成效对集团化办学整体成效的正向预测作用较大,组织领导、教师发展两个环节的办学成效的正向预测作用较小,课程建设没有显著预测作用。均值结果显示,整体而言,文化融合均值最高,学生素养均值最低。结合均值得分、回归分析以及夏普利值分解结果发现,政策保障和学生素养是对整体办学成效具有较大影响但均值得分较低的环节。基于上述发现讨论提高集团化办学质量的对策建议。 Based on the survey data of compulsory education grouped school-running in D city,regression analysis and Sharpley value decomposition are used to explore the relationship between the effectiveness of each link of grouped school-running and the overall effect.The results show that the effectiveness of policy guarantee,students literacy and cultural integration have greater positive effects on the overall effect of grouped school-running,while the effects of organizational leadership and teacher development are smaller,and the curriculum construction has no significant predictive effect.The results also show that the mean score of cultural integration is the highest while the students literacy the lowest.In addition,policy guarantee and students literacy are the variables that have a greater impact on the overall school-running effectiveness but a lower mean score.Suggestions for improving the quality of grouped school-running are discussed based on these findings.
