金融科技背景下金融人才培养新要求与新思考

New Thinking and Requirements of Financial Talents Training in the Context of Fintech

新一代信息技术的快速发展带来“金融+科技”创新应用型金融人才的巨大缺口,金融人才教育改革迫在眉睫。通过分析金融科技广泛应用以及行业规模迅速扩大背景下金融人才需求以及培养模式、培养过程等的新变化与新要求,揭示当前金融人才培养与金融科技发展不相适应的培养机制相对固化、培养模式相对单一、知识体系相对狭窄等问题,基于成果导向教育理念对金融人才培养提出新的思考与建议。

The rapid development of the new generation of information technology has brought about a huge shortage of innovative and applied talents in“finance+technology”,and the education reform of financial talents is urgent.By analyzing the new changes and requirements of financial talents demand,training mode and process in the context of the widespread application of fintech and the rapid expansion of the industry,this paper reveals the problems and causes of the relatively solidified cultivation mechanism,relatively single cultivation mode and limited knowledge system and so on,which are incompatible with the development of fintech in the cultivation of current financial talents.Then based on the concept of Outcomes-Based Education,new thinking and suggestions on financial talents training are put forward.
