我国高校图书馆微信公众号研究综述

Research review on the WeChat official accounts of Chinese university libraries

随着我国高校图书馆微信服务的开通,对于高校图书馆微信公众号的研究已成为热点之一。文章利用文献计量方法,从发文量、主题分布、期刊及学科分布、机构及作者分布等方面系统梳理了我国高校图书馆微信公众号的相关研究成果。文章认为相关研究可分为对图书馆微信公众号的功能及服务探究、运营现状调查、运营效果评价、运营策略研究等,并在此基础上进行了文献综述,总结了目前研究存在的欠缺,以期为我国高校图书馆微信公众号的改进和研究提供参考。

With the opening of WeChat service of Chinese university libraries, the research on WeChat official accounts of university libraries has become one of the hot topics. This paper sorts out the relevant researches of university library WeChat official accounts from the aspects of publication quantity, topic distribution, journal and discipline distribution, institution and author distribution by using bibliometric method. Relevant researches can be divided into the function and service exploration, investigation of operation status, operational performance evaluation and operation strategy research of WeChat official accounts. Based on literature review, the shortcomings of the current researches are summarized, so as to provide reference for the improvement and research of WeChat official accounts of university libraries in China.
