摘要
以某汽车手套箱框本体的注塑模具设计为例,对产品结构及模具结构进行分析,介绍了模具的设计及工作过程,利用Moldflow分析软件在模具开发前期进行模拟分析,确定塑件浇口类型和位置,用推荐公式校核冷却系统、顶出系统,结果表明,模具设计方案合理可行,在实际生产过程中也得到了验证。
Taking the injection mold design of an automobile glove box frame as an example,in this paper,the product structure and mold structure of the automobile glove box frame was analyzed and the injection mold design and mold working process of the plastic part were introduced.Moldflow software was used for simulation and analysis in the early stage of mold development,to determine the gate type and position of the plastic part,to check the cooling system and ejection system by using the recommended formulas.The results show that the die design is reasonable and feasible,and has been verified in the actual production process.
