摘要
以苏州湿地自然教育近10年的探索实践为例,总结了苏州自然科普“阵地+队伍+课程”的经验与成效,指出目前存在人员专业度、稳定性和行业认可度等问题,并提出自然科普专业课程、“双轨制”人才培养模式和校本教材3方面的对策建议,以期为我国湿地自然科普发展实践提供参考。
This article takes the exploration and practice of nature-science popularization of wetlands in Suzhou in the past ten years as an example.The experience and effectiveness of Suzhou model of nature-science popularization as"base+team+curriculum"were summarized.This paper points out the current problems existing in professional qualification,stability and peer recognition of the staffs.It proposes 3 strategic recommendations in three aspects as professional courses for dissemination of natural science,"dual track system"model of personnel training and school-based teaching materials,intended to provide a basis for future development of natural-science popularization in China.
