中医体质辨识在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用研究进展

Research progress of the application of traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification in knee osteoarthritis

膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是常见的慢性退行性关节疾病。近年来中医体质辨识被广泛应用于各种慢性病的临床研究,关于KOA中医体质辨识的研究也日益增多,为使中医体质辨识更好地应用于KOA的临床诊治研究,本文将从KOA的中医特点、发病因素、特异基因表达与中医体质辨识的相关性,对近些年中医体质辨识在KOA中的应用研究进展进行综述。

Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common chronic degenerative joint disease.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution identification has been widely used in the clinical research of various chronic diseases,research on KOA TCM constitution identification is also increasing,and in order to better apply TCM constitution identification to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of KOA,this article overviews the application research progress of TCM constitution identification in KOA in recent years from the correlation between KOA TCM characteristics,pathogenic factors,specific gene expression and TCM constitution identification.
