国内外多学科团队诊疗模式研究进展

Research progress of multidisciplinary team diagnosis and treatment model in China and abroad

作为整合型医疗卫生服务模式,多学科团队(MDT)在应对复杂型疾病诊疗方面具有独特价值,因而受到世界各国的普遍认可。本研究从模式框架、关键因素、效果评估3方面对国内外研究进展进行梳理,基于此提出评估单病种MDT诊疗模式适宜性、构建患者参与型的全生命周期MDT诊疗模式、统一MDT诊疗模式效果评估准则、加强MDT诊疗模式资源支持4条发展路径,以期对国内MDT诊疗模式的优化完善提供科学指导。

As an integrated health service model,multidisciplinary team(MDT)has unique value in dealing with the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases,so it is widely recognized all over the world.This study intends to sort out the research progress of MDT treatment mode from three aspects:mode framework,key factors and effect evaluation.Based on this,it was proposed to evaluate the suitability of single disease MDT treatment mode,build a patient participatory full life cycle MDT treatment mode,unify the effect evaluation criteria of MDT treatment mode,strengthen the resource support of MDT treatment mode.The research provided scientific guidance for the optimization and improvement of MDT treatment mode in China.
