运用“医-会联动”模式搭建学术交流平台研究与实践

Research and practice on building an academic exchange platform using the‘medical and conference linkage’model

目的:通过对首都医科大学宣武医院会议服务需求调研和对医院医、教、研资源摸底,精准对接供需双方,建立充分发挥医疗机构特点的"医-会联动"专业会议服务模式。方法:通过问卷调查了解医院目前医疗专业会议服务需求和医院可提供的医、教、研资源,以该院会议服务中心为平台,以精准对接供需双方的流程、方案和制度为主要方式,形成"医-会联动"的会议服务模式。利用PDCA循环加以优化,并利用满意度调查评价该模式的实践效果。结果:医院共建立了进修、观摩、直播、信息咨询等10余项供需对接的相关流程、方案和制度。经过对"信息化能力提升"和"疫情防控流程改造"两个专项问题的改进后,满意度得到明显提升。结论:"医-会联动"专业会议服务模式已初步建成。该模式能够有效提高医疗机构会议服务的专业化水平和服务能力,并可取得较高的社会和行业效益,具有一定的推广意义。

Objective:Through the investigation of the conference service demand of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University and the thorough investigation of the hospital’s medical,teaching and research resources,to accurately connect the supply and demand sides,and to establish a‘medical and conference linkage’professional conference service model that fully utilizes the characteristics of medical institutions.Methods:To understand the hospital’s current medical professional conference service needs and the medical,teaching,and research resources that the hospital can provide through a questionnaire survey,take the hospital’s conference service center as a platform,and accurately connect the processes,programs and systems of both supply and demand as the main method to form a model.The conference service model of‘medical and conference linkage’.The PDCA cycle is used to optimize it,and the satisfaction survey is used to evaluate the practical effect of the model.Results:The hospital has established more than 10 related processes,plans and systems for supply and demand docking,such as training,observation,live broadcast,and information consultation.After the improvement of the two special issues of‘informatization capability improvement’and‘epidemic prevention and control process transformation’,satisfaction has been significantly improved.Conclusion:The professional conference service model of‘medical and conference linkage’has been preliminarily established.This model can effectively improve the professional level and service capability of conference services in medical institutions,and can achieve higher social and industrial benefits,which has certain promotion significance.
